Saudi Readymix has always been a “high performer” in terms of Saudization and is now clear and evident with the implementation of the new Niqat system.

Saudization refers to the national policy of Saudi Arabia to encourage employment of Saudi nationals in the private sector, which was largely dominated by expatriate workers. The Saudi government has enacted policies to promote Saudization including denial of government contracts and/or fines.
